1. Prepare the Celery Base:
Cut the stalks from the base, leaving about 2 inches of the root end intact.
Trim the bottom to create a fresh, flat surface.
2. Place in Water:
Put the celery base in a container with an inch or two of water.
Make sure the cut end is submerged while the top is above water.
3. Change the Water:
Check and top up the water daily.
Replace the water every few days to keep it fresh.
4. Wait for Regrowth:
Put the container in a sunny spot.
New growth should emerge in 1-2 weeks.
5. Transplanting (Optional):
Once there’s enough growth, transfer to soil in a pot.
Keep the soil moist and place in a sunny spot.
